This is shown through 11 years of devotion, hard work and love of food. You can often see him charming customers behind the grill while preparing the juiciest steaks from aged meat. During lunch, each plate goes through his rigorous inspection to make sure it is perfect. He uses this part daily for his own creativity and thus adds that little bit more to the restaurant.
